Another card for my mum 
Another gorgeous Penny Black stamp - this time "favourite time" I have coloured he in with cosmic shimmer watercolour paints. I embossed some plain chipboard letters in silver. Finished it with gems' ribbon and a brad. I hope she likes it and I know the people it is meant for will love it!!!!
