Volcano Cake, Mini Hearts & a Few Cookies!

Even though I'm in a bad mood today due to lack of sleep - we had a mini baking spree! Here is the result! Lots of fresh cream and chocolate decorations! Only problem is I'm eating healthily.

Philip Quills

Philip got a quilling set for Christmas cause he wanted one and at last he has got round to using it! Here is the card for his friends birthday he made. He did all the quilling himself with no help at all from me!

Easter Bunny.

My youngest son Philip always swaps easter cards and eggs with a friend at school. So here is the one we made this year. The die cut rabbit and flowers were from a packet of them I bought in Hobbycraft. We added lots and lots of sparkly things as you can see his friend is a girl !!

Basket Case

Philip my youngest son's homework this week was to make a basket that will fit about 6 mini eggs and write the instructions down! So here is what we came up with - a bit of guess work here but it seems to have turned out ok! I'm looking forward to seeing it full of eggs - yum!!!

Here is a card I helped Philip make for his friend at school. Background paper is smirk paper. The flowers and heart were free stickers from a magazine sometime last year.

Here is the card that my son Philip designed at school. The children all design cards then they send the designs off and have the cards made up for the parents to buy. I think he has done really well this year

Say No to Bullies!

Philip came out of school crying today! They had had a sheet read out to them in class that was written by one of his friends. It was about bullying and the boy concerned had said he wanted to kill himself!! These children are 9! He has been bullied - the note obviously really upset Philip so he has made him this card to show that he cares.

Crafty Saturday!

I went to a craft forum meet yesterday and we played! I had to take my three boys but they had a great time making things So I thought I would show off our makes on my blog!
