An atc today I inked the background with destress inks. I then stamped the skull with brown stazon and coloured the roses with white and green sakura gelly roll pens. I then stamped the words in brown distress ink. A big eyelet and a grungeboard crown that has been guilded finish the atc off!

Clearly Pretty
Allison's Challenge this week is to use acetate. So I made an acetate cover for this card. I stamped with brown stazon and added stickles over the leaves. I then covered the card with Martha Stewart paper and stamped the quote. Another appearance by my sparkly acrylic blobby spots. Unfortunately the acetate doesn't show up very well but it really is there - honest!

Golden Leaves
Todays card was made inbetween building four sets of shelves! So I made something pretty. I used DCWV old world stack again only pink this time (sorry Linda!) I then stamped Hiedi Grace leaves with brown stazon and then I embossed the same leaves in gold but not exactly over the top of the brown - if you can understand me!!! I then stamped the quote in stazon and cut some of the leaves so that the quote could be slid under them. I finished it off with ribbon and sticky acrylic sparkly blob things

Variation on Two Themes
I stamped two background so instead of doing what I normally do which is leave one lying around for weeks! I thought I'd make another card mixing my butterfly theme with this new lay out theme - if you get what I mean!! So on this one I added a butterfly and a different quote and a bit of silver krylon pen around the quote.
So which one does everyone like best??

Something a Little Manly
For Allison's challenge this week we had to download some manly men! I did this and chose a manly fisherman!! I coloured him in with Marvy Le Plumme pens. I then used papers from a Lisa Bearnson kit for all the backing papers. I embossed a distressed piece of card with a cuttlebug embossing folder. I finished it all off with a happy birthday and a large brad.

Ann
My mum ordered a pretty 60th card and I know my mum likes my acetate butterflies so I hope this is pretty enough! I stamped the butterflies with blue stazon onto the acetate and then made them sparkle with stickles. I cut the numbers out on the cricut but I got a bit carried away with the size of the 60! So I stuck the 6 on with foam pads so it overlaps the 0 I hope it looks ok!!!!!!!!!!!!! I finished the butterflies off with bindis and put little blue blobs on the letters. Maybe I'm not well NO RIBBON!!!!!!!!

Cute and Cuddly
More atcs this time for craftswaps July swap -
the theme for july is Cute and cuddly! What could be more cute than Linda's teddy bear stamp? I inked the backrounds and stamped the bears with sepia versafine then coloured the bears in with watercolour pens. I added glossy accents to the bears eyes and noses. I had a go at doing Linda's flowers but I think I might need more practice.

Hang in There!
Allison's challenge this week is "no colouring!" So I stamped this rubbadubbadoo stamp with versafine vintage sepia (the temptation to colour him in was immense!but I resisted!) I then embossed some gold card with a cuttle bug embossing folder. I added some spots to a prima flower and fastened it in place with a pearly brad. I added a photocorner that I cut with a sizzlet die colouring in the swirl with an inkssential pen and added a tiny gem. How did the ribbon get there??

Dot!
This weeks Funky Fairy Challenge is dotty and spotty so I thought I'd have a go I stamped the background with a hero arts spotty stamp with cherry pink stazon. Then I thought this little girl from a set of clear stamps from Lakeland was quite appropriate cause she already has a dotty dress I coloured her with watercolour pencils and stickles. I finished the card with a word sticker, ribbon and a brad!
