Flowers keyring

A little present for a friend. I thought I'd have a go at something a bit different and here it is. I can safely blog it now as I know she has opened it. I coloured the stampboard and then stamped the flowers. Then I scrapped the colour I had added off the petals and added glossy accents.

Last Page

Here is the last page of my little book! The background is again coloured with dabbers. I stamped Linda's butterfly with black stazon and added bindis for their bodies. I edged the page and quote with silver Krylon pen. Black diamonds finish the page off.

Dreams

I've decided to raid a chipboard box I bought ages ago from QVC - lots of fab chipboard bits and pieces. So here is the front cover of the book that is resulting from the raid. I covered the background in green and silver dabbers then edged it with silver leafing krylon pen. The slid mount was then coloured silver and little flowers and dots added.I then coloured the grungeboard swirl with silver krylon pen and added some chipboard flowers. Just got the other pages to do now!

Teddy

I started by using dabbers on a piece of mountboard then I went round the edges with silver krylon though it doesn't show up very well. Then I stamped Linda Luckin's gorgeous teddy - my favourite stamp of all time. I then stamped the words with a versafine ink pad and rubbed around the edges with black. The edge of the dotty paper was punched with my stampin' up punch. I finished it off with bits and pieces I found lying around on my craft table!

Birthday Canvas

Here is a canvas I made for a friends birthday. I covered the canvas in acrylic paint then softened the colour with a white dabber. then I stamped swirls and flowers and added acetate butterflies. Simple!
